Ingredients
1/2 Papaya peeled & chopped
1 Egg
2 Maca Roots
1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tbsp Honey
2-3 Cups Ice
Cooking Instructions
Place 2 maca roots in a glass jar cover with water. Close the jar and place in refrigerator to soak for at least one day.
Put maca roots and some of the soak water in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and as much ice as you'd like. Cover and blend to desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy. Maca root is used in Peruvian cuisine to enhance male and female libidos.
